many countrymen including myself are still asking or wondering where the buoyant cashflow is going because economy numbers are one thing but real financial resources are other. pyme economic assistance was not managed too well according to new government review during these first months transition and that is why the national institute of entreneurship was created to better manage resources and stop corruption in this sector too. we are anxiously waiting for the real boosting in liquidity, everybody is now fighting in the economic market for having the biggest steak everyday and loyalty and honesty are passing to another scale of values. we really need effective management, promotion, follow-through and auditing of funding all the entrepreurship programs.

Holy Cow! What kind of reckless comment is this?

“In 25 years following police pursuits, I hadn’t seen a situation where an officer shot a speeding vehicle from a helicopter,” said Geoffrey Alpert, professor of criminology at the University of South Carolina. Such action would be reasonable only if “you know for sure the person driving the car deserves to die and that there are no other occupants.”

Since when does someone “deserve to die” at the hands of the police? Of course the police have the authority to use deadly force. But the way Mr. Alpert makes it sound: if the police feel someone deserves to die, then go ahead and kill them.

Hello
This is going to sound like a strange request but something has been bothering me for a few months now, if you had the chance to watch HBO Witness Juarez then you seen the end where a young man lay dying after being shot, and crashing his car. I have not been able to get him out of my mind. As a mother all I could think that could be my son. I really would like to find out about him, his name at lease, and I would like to somehow get a mass card for his family to let them know there are people out here with hearts. I have been in touch with reporters, and even the guy who took the pictures for witness and no help what so ever.
It would be nice to get help. Thank you
